Tanveer is the first person patients see when they walk in and the last they talk to before leaving. She handles check-in and check-out, payments, and keeps the supplement and supply inventory stocked. She also manages the patient portal message queue, routing questions to the right provider, nurse, or front desk, and handles outside imaging, labs, and specialist referral paperwork to make sure it goes out correctly the first time.
