“I was two days away from scheduling back surgery for spinal stenosis. After 10 sessions combined with the daily exercises, my core is so much stronger, my back pain is minimized, and surgery is the last thing on my mind.”

What people ask before their first visit
Your first visit is a one-on-one assessment with a physical therapist. You'll talk through what has been limiting you and what you want to get back to, then your PT will assess the movement, strength, mobility, or mechanics that matter for your situation. Before you leave, you'll understand the next step and receive a plan built around your goals.
If prior care felt rushed or generic, it makes sense to be cautious. At Vitality, you work one-on-one with the same PT for a full hour. The goal is to understand why the issue keeps getting in the way of running, lifting, work, or family life, not just hand you exercises and send you home.
Not necessarily. Your plan is built around your current situation and your goals. Your PT will help you understand what to modify, what to keep doing, and how to move forward with more confidence, whether your goal is training, lifting, running, or simply keeping up with your family.
It depends on what your assessment shows, your goals, and your schedule. Many plans start at no more than once a week, with adjustments over time as appropriate. Your PT will recommend a plan after your assessment, and you'll have a clear conversation about what makes sense before deciding on ongoing care.
