You'll work with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Every visit, no exceptions.

Never a tech. Never an aide. The person who evaluates you on day one is the person treating you on visit ten. Meet the doctors who'll build and run your plan.

The Doctors

Three doctors of physical therapy. One standard of care.

Every one of them evaluates you personally, treats you personally, and stays on your case start to finish.

Anders Broussard, PT, DPT
Anders Broussard PT, DPT

Anders treats cyclists, triathletes, runners, and swimmers, along with anyone who considers themselves an athlete. She earned her doctorate in physical therapy from Northeastern University in Boston, where she also raced on the school's triathlon team and first discovered her love of working with endurance athletes. She's certified in dry needling and pelvic floor dysfunction, so she can address the pelvic floor's role in performance and pain, not just the joint that hurts.

Anders competed in Ironman Tulsa in 2021 and brings that firsthand understanding of pushing a body to its limits into every plan she builds. Outside the clinic, she's usually outside, at home with her two cats, Frankie and Jones, or unapologetically watching trashy reality TV.

“Very pleased with Dr. Anders, her knowledge, and warmth. She was recommended to me by my CrossFit gym, and it was a great suggestion.” Millan Hupp, VTP patient
Lyndsey Owens, PT, DPT, RYT200
Lyndsey Owens PT, DPT, RYT200

Lyndsey found her path to physical therapy through coaching and biomechanics, first as a yoga teacher, and it still shapes how she treats today: attention to breath, stability, and the specific way each person's body moves. She blends dry needling, blood flow restriction training, manual therapy, myofascial decompression, IASTM, and neuromuscular electrical stimulation with progressive strength programming built around real tissue-healing timelines, not a generic timeline off a chart.

She has a particular interest in the pelvic floor's contribution to performance and quality of life, especially for pregnant and postpartum athletes. Outside the clinic, Lyndsey is usually hiking, on the mat for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, working through an adventure novel, or throwing a Halloween party bigger than the one before.

Cord DeMoss, PT, DPT, CSCS, Co-Owner
Cord DeMoss PT, DPT, CSCS · Co-Owner

Cord co-founded Vitality Therapy and Performance to treat endurance athletes, overhead athletes, weekend warriors, and anyone determined to stay active, the way he wished physical therapy worked when he was competing himself. He earned his doctorate from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, then completed clinical training at the IRONMAN Sports Medicine Institute, the Plano Institute for Sports and Spine, and EXOS Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine, including work with nationally ranked junior tennis players.

Cord still shows up for race weekends, offering post-race massages to local athletes, and he built the clinic around the belief that you should be taught to fix and maintain your own body, not kept coming back indefinitely.

“Cord is exceptional. He's not only a skilled physical therapist but also a compassionate and caring individual. His character is a driving force behind the clinic's success.” Connor Abel, VTP patient
See It In Action

Real sessions, real work, no stock footage.

A quick look at what an actual visit looks like, from hands-on treatment to the assessments that shape your plan.

Inside The Clinic

A real gym floor, not a row of tables and TENS units.

Every plan is built around actual strength equipment, actual loads, and hands-on treatment, because that's what gets athletes back to training instead of just out of pain.
