If This Sounds Familiar

You were told this was normal. It isn’t.

Most patients tell us the same story before they ever call us. Here’s the difference between what they'd heard before and what actually happens here.

×

What You've Been Told

  • דThis is just part of motherhood, or part of getting older.”
  • דTry some Kegels and a pad in the meantime.”
  • דSurgery is really your best option here.”
  • ×Years of crossing your legs to sneeze, skipping workouts, and quietly planning your life around a bathroom map.

“I suffered for 12 years thinking this was just my life now. I wish someone had told me sooner that help existed.”

What Actually Happens Here

  • A full hour, one-on-one, every single visit. No rushing, no splitting your time.
  • A real evaluation of your whole body: your breath, your nervous system, your movement, not just the symptom you called about.
  • A plan explained in plain language, with nothing done without your full consent.
  • Meaningful improvement for most patients within 6 to 12 sessions.

“She validated my pain and restored my life back to me.”

Danna E., VPH patient

Your body isn’t broken. It’s been waiting for someone to actually listen.

Conditions We Treat

Pelvic health for every life stage, not just postpartum.

Most of our patients are navigating leakage, postpartum recovery, or pelvic pain, but pelvic floor therapy covers far more than that. Tap any condition to see how we approach it.

01Urinary Incontinence & Leakage

“I can't sneeze without leaking. I cross my legs before I cough.” If that sounds familiar, you're one of the most common patients we see, and often one of the fastest to feel a difference.

02Pregnancy & Postpartum Recovery

Your body did something incredible. It also deserves a real recovery plan, prenatal and postpartum, built around your goals, not just "give it six weeks."

Learn more →
03Diastasis Recti & Core Weakness

Doming down the middle when you plank, or a core that just doesn't feel like yours anymore. We rebuild real functional strength, not just close a gap.

Pain during intimacy is never something you have to just accept, whether it started with endometriosis, childbirth, or no clear cause at all.

Learn more →
05Pelvic Organ Prolapse

Our Process

Restore. Strengthen. Thrive.

Most approaches treat only what you can see: the leaking, the pain, the pressure. We treat the whole picture, in three phases.

Take a walkthrough of our Tulsa clinic.

1
Restore

The Evaluation

A comprehensive, unhurried evaluation, about 60 minutes, where we listen to your full story first. We assess how your pelvic floor coordinates with your breath, your nervous system, and the way you move, not just the symptom you called about.

2
Strengthen

The Plan

Hands-on manual therapy plus a home program built around your body and your goals. Sessions are one-on-one, the full hour, every time. Most patients see meaningful improvement within 6 to 12 sessions.

3
Thrive

Real Life

Return to running, lifting, sleeping through the night, or simply laughing without leaking. We build a plan to keep the progress through pregnancy, postpartum, and whatever life stage comes next.

“Urinary leakage has been an issue since I gave birth 20 years ago and I just accepted it as my lot in life… I'm now back to running and jumping without leakage! I'm so glad I invested in my body.”

Sherylyn Y., VPH patient
